This Christmas we spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at Devin's mom's house. Caleb was baby Jesus in our Christmas Eve Nativity enactment.
After our navivity we beat up on the Nef Family traditional Christmas Eve Home made Pinata! This year's was an adorable snowman:
After a snowy and icy drive (the most scary drive over the pass I have ever had...one lane and we were behind a trailer...yuck!) we arrived at Nana's house where Caleb got to be baby Jesus in the Nativity enactment again. Lucky little guy... We had good times with my aunts and uncles and cousins and ate wonderful food.
We opened more gifts (as always) at Nana's later Christmas night, then we went to my parent's house for another round of opening gifts. (Caleb is one spoiled little grandbaby! everybody in my family just showered hime with gifts!) After that we ran around maddly packing for our early flight out the next morning to Mexico! Once we figured we were as ready as we could be Devin and I went back to Nana's to sleep so that Nana and us could drive together in the morning:)

Christmas morning we all at cold cereal (also a Nef tradition, it used to be the only time each year that they got cold cereal...) and opened gifts. Later in the morning we had a big pancake and sausage breakfast before departing for Utah.

Looks like a lot of fun you guys had. Glad you traveled safely to and from home. Caleb is a cute baby jesus! He's such a lucky little guy!
