On the lookout

It has been a busy month and I just haven't blogged much. I am working on several things right now and am hoping someone may have some ideas for a couple of my projects.

1) I am teaching a unit on transportation next week in preschool. Bikes, cars, airplanes, trains, etc. Any fun ideas? My class is three-year-olds.

2) Cute family reunion T-shirt ideas. I am in charge of the reunion this year for Devin's family.

On a completely different note, we have disconnected our land line, so don't try calling me at my house. Call my cell phone, you will have much better luck.

What do you do...

Yesterday Caleb fell down and bit his tongue. He was crying and bleeding and I think startled. After cleaning him up, giving him some water, and snuggling for a few minutes he was ready to play some more, sort of. Honestly, as a mommy, what are you supposed to do with an ouch like that?! You can't touch it or kiss it better or give it a band-aid. It is hard to even get a good look at it. Teaching him to stick out his tongue is not something that I have put any effort toward, it is not something that I would normally encourage. What is more he will start eating something then start to cry because it hurts his tongue. Blah!!

Coloring, Lots of Coloring

Um, I don't know how to turn the picture, so you will just have to turn your head...As you can see, Caleb has been coloring and coloring. He loves to color. That is a picture he colored in church. It is a little strange to me that my baby is big enough to go to nursery and have a lesson and color a picture. Below is a video of him in action. He is very focused on what he is doing. He will even flip the paper over if he wants to start again.
